# Public Sales(ICO/IDO)

**Purpose:** The public sale serves as a crucial funding event for the TAN blockchain, enabling early supporters to become stakeholders while raising essential capital for project development and ecosystem growth.

## Objectives of Public Sale:

* **Capital Generation:** Secure funds for platform development, marketing, and operational expenses.
* **Community Involvement:** Empower early adopters and community members to participate in the project's growth.
* **Token Distribution:** Establish a fair and transparent distribution model for the TAN token.
* **Funding Rounds:** There will be multiple funding rounds ICO and IDO depending upon the market scenario and requirement for the project.

## **Release Schedule of Super Seed Sale**:

* **25%** of the allocated tokens will be unlocked and distributed at the **Token Generation Event (TGE)**.
* The remaining **75%** will be vested over a **12-month linear vesting period with one month of cliff after TGE**.
