# Super Seed Sale

The **Super Seed Sale** is an **early-stage fundraising round** aimed at securing capital to support the **initial development, ecosystem expansion, and operational growth** of the TAN blockchain. By offering tokens at a discounted price of **$0.001 per TAN**, this round provides an opportunity for early investors to contribute to the project’s success while benefiting from long-term growth potential.

This allocation follows a **structured vesting model** to ensure **market stability and prevent early dumping**, while also allowing investors to receive an initial portion of their tokens at TGE.

### **Allocation Breakdown & Vesting Schedule**

To **balance liquidity and long-term commitment**, the **500,000,000 tokens** allocated for the Super Seed Sale will be released as follows:

#### **Token Release Timeline**

* **25% unlocked at TGE (Token Generation Event):**
  * **125,000,000 tokens** will be available **immediately** at TGE, providing initial liquidity to early investors.
* **1-Month Cliff:**
  * No additional tokens will be released for the **first month after TGE**.
  * This ensures early investors remain aligned with the project’s long-term vision.
* **12-Month Linear Vesting:**
  * The remaining **375,000,000 tokens** will be **released gradually over 12 months**.
  * Tokens will be unlocked **in equal portions each month**, ensuring a **stable and predictable release**.
